Orange, Banana and Pineapple Smoothie

I'm a smoothie/juicing aholic. I live these days to blend or juice any
fruit or vegetable in sight. I get completely excited when I see a Farmer's market.
Trader Joe's pretty much knows me by name. I love drinking healthy drinks.
This is one of my favorites. I love everything in it.

Orange, Banana and Pineapple Smoothie

2 bananas
1 cup of fresh pineapple
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 1/2 cups ice
2 tablespoons of honey

Place all of your ingredients in a blender and blend away until ice is crushed.

  21. Oh yum! Hubs and I are really into smoothies right now. With the protein I need for the pregnancy but my inability to stomach meat - this is a good alternative for me because I can add protein powder!

  22. YUM! These sound so delicious and refreshing. I make smoothies every morning for breakfast and did a juice cleanse last month! And I can totally relate to being a Trader Joe's junkie. I have the same cashier that I go to every week and she hugs me hello and goodbye. LOVE that place!

  44. i'm a major smoothieaholic, too - i drink one almost every single morning. yum! i definitely will have to give this a try. i might sub coconut water instead of coconut milk to save some calories + maybe add in oats for additional fiber + fillingness (is that even a word)? thanks for the idea!
