Holiday Stuffing

Holiday Stuffing aka Pineapple Stuffing. This dish is on
every holiday table we have. I love it best with a Spiral
ham. The combo is magical. Confession, sometime's I
will even eat it cold the next day for breakfast.

Holiday Stuffing
6 slices of bread
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 ( 1 lb 4 ounce) can pineapple, drained

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cube bread. Cream butter with
sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in pineapple. Fold in
bread cubes. Place in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake,
uncovered for 1 hour.

  3. My family makes baked pineapple for all of our holiday dinners but it sounds very similar to this just it's without bread and uses crushed pineapple with cinnamon and stuff mixed in. But this sounds yummy to try instead this year! Thanks for sharing.
