Watermelon Sherbet Cups

I made these clever little cups of "goodness" for my kiddos and the loved them. Perfect
to make ahead of time and keep in the freezer until ready to serve. All kinds of Holidays
are coming up and wouldn't these be so cute to serve?? Gah.

                                                Watermelon Sherbet Cups

     Limes
     Raspberry Sherbet
     Mini Chocolate Chips

Cute limes in half and scoop out the inside. Fill with sherbet and top with chips.
Freeze until ready to serve. Easy Peasy!

  13. Oh my ... such cuteness!!! I make something similar with the lime sherbet as the outside layer, pineapple sherbet as the "rind", and then the raspberry with mini chips as the center and then cut it! It is one of my kids' favorite summer desserts! I will DEFINITELY do this now!

  48. Hi there, visiting and now following you from Jenni's blog (Story of My Life). It took reading your "About Me"/profile and this one post alone, to know that I'd be subscribing. Your photography is beautiful and hello? I want to make those cute little watermelon sherbet cups (though I am sure I might just eat them all myself)!

I look forward to reading more of your blog and perhaps learning a thing or two about photography AND cooking!

    Aloha,
    Angie
