Margarita's 2 Ways
Beer Margarita's
1 ( 12 fluid ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate
12 fluid ounces tequila ( I used Cabo )
12 fluid ounces of water
12 fluid ounces of corona
1 lime, cut into wedges
Ice and salt for rim
1) Pour limeade, tequila, water and beer into a large pitcher. Stir until well blended,
and limeade is melted. Add plenty of ice, and garnish with lime wedges.
Ice Blue Margarita
1 teaspoon of coarse salt
4 ounces tequila
2 ounces Triple Sec
2 ounces fresh lime juice
2 ounces blue Curacao
2 teaspoons super fine sugar
1 lime, cut into wedges
Fill a shaker halfway with ice. Place Tequila, Triple Sec, blue Curacao, and
sugar in shaker, shake hard for 30 seconds. Serve in salt rimmed Margarita
glasses.
