PB & J Sushi

Sushi is a staple in our household, so is PB & J. This is just a cute and creative
way to serve up a classic. Your kids will love it. Maybe on a Friday night when
you and your loved one is eating sushi serve this up for the kiddies and give them
some chop sticks and you are good to go. I make these for myself too. The one's
    in the pics....I ate. Hehe.

Btw, Happy Cinco de Mayo. I did not forget about you. I will be posting tonight's
recipes next week. We celebrate Cinco de Mayo at least once a week in our home.

                                           PB & J Sushi

   2 slices white bread-crusts removed
   Peanut butter
   Jam

Cut crusts off of the bread and with a rolling pin smooth out and spread pb&j
     roll and cut.
