Scrambled Eggs Bruschetta

Has anything ever sounded so good? I was driving one day and this recipe just
came out of no-where. Thank goodness it did. How can you go wrong with eggs -
topped with my all time favorite topping. Oh, and crusty french bread too. YUM.
Please, go to the market and make these for breakfast, brunch or dinner.

                                                           Scrambled Eggs Bruschetta

scrambled eggs ( done your favorite way ) I add a little cheese.
        french bread, sliced
        cherry tomatoes, cut
        fresh mozzarella, diced
        1 garlic clove
        basil
        1 tablespoon olive oil
        salt and pepper

      1) Slice bread and add butter to a pan and grill bread until lightly brown. "set aside"
      2) Cook your scrambled eggs.
      3) In a small bowl, add tomatoes, garlic, basil, salt, pepper and olive oil, mix.
      4) Place eggs and bread and top with tomato mixture.
