Cheesy Pasta with Kielbasa and Broccoli
It's Fall you should be comfy and cozy. You also should be eating a little bit
of comfort food. I'm not saying everyday but once in awhile I like to indulge . It's
all about moderation. This meal has a few of my favorite things cheesy pasta and
kielbasa. Now that in itself is amazing and I threw in some broccoli so you could
get your greens in there. My kids loved this dinner and asked for seconds. Success!
Cheesy Pasta with Kielbasa and Broccoli
1 box rotini pasta or your favorite
1 package kielbasa, diced
1 head of broccoli, cut up
4 cups of sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup of parmesan, grated
2 cups of half and half
4 tablespoons of butter
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1) Heat a pot of boiling water. While that is cooking....cook your kielbasa in a frying
pan.
2) Place pasta in boiling water. 3 minutes before pasta is done place your broccoli
in the same pot and boil.
3) Drain pasta and broccoli.
4) Return to pan and add all of the ingredients. Stir on low until a little thickened
and fully mixed. Add Kielbasa. The sauce will be cheesy and not to thick.

Val I made your figs and endive, it was so good of course. I knew it would be, I just finally got to making it. I featured it on my blog. I was lucky because figs are generally out of season now but my Whole Foods had a couple small baskets of them. I got the last of them!!!! I have a few left so I can make more for Turkey Day Appetizers!!!! Thanks again for your ideas, I love your blog. Take care
