Moscow Mule

I can see why Moscow Mules are one of Oprah's favorite cocktails - because
they are truly amazing. It has become my go to cocktail. Not too sweet, not too
tart, just perfect. The Ginger beer ( which is a soda ) is amazing paired with
a little vodka and fresh limes. If you try it you will agree on how great it is.

                                                                       Moscow Mule

                                                                       2 ounces good quality Vodka
                                                                       6 ounces ginger beer
                                                                       1 lime, juiced
                                                                       1 tablespoon agave nectar
                                                                       fresh mint

                1) Fill a glass with ice. Pour in vodka, ginger beer, lime juice and agave.
Stir and garnish with fresh mint and extra limes. This is for one serving -
but you can easily double it. Add more or less of whatever your tastes are.

  11. With snow falling and the temps barely hovering above zero here, the ice cold mug is making me shiver :) I'd love to try this when the weather warms up, though! My daughter loves Moscow Mules but I've never tried making them.

  21. I made this drink for the third time now, and it is so good and so refreshing. Now, I want to get the copper mugs, too, which I am finding to be available at a number of online shops. Question for you: Most of the mugs are 16 oz. or more, the recipe comes out to about 8 oz. with ice. Did you double the drink in the mugs in the photos or are they smaller mugs? Thanks for sharing the recipe!
