time favorite restaurant for years and they serve table side guacamole, and I crave it.
I've watched them for years and I'm pretty sure I have the recipe down. But, I have
to tell you.....Mine might be even better. I hope you make it for the Super Bowl.
Greatest Guacamole
3 ripe avocados, peeled
1 tomato, diced
1/2 red onion, diced thinly
1 1/2 fresh limes, juiced
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
a small bunch cilantro, chopped
salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1) In a large bowl place your avocados and mash with 2 forks. Add your tomato,
onion, jalapeño, cilantro, salt, pepper, garlic powder and lime juice. Mix with forks
and put in a bowl and serve with chips. I ate this with homemade pita chips.
I'm not sure whether or not my comment went through...but I said mmm. Guacamole is the best! This looks perfect. GREAT football food!!
