Melon Salsa
Perfect for your summertime fun! Light and refreshing.
Melon Salsa
Mix 1/4 cup of lime juice, 1 tablespoon of honey,
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper and 1/8
teaspoon salt in a bowl. Add 3 cups of diced seeded
melon, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro and
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced. Toss gently
Serve with cinnamon sugar pita chips.
