Well, hello.

I'd like to introduce you to my new BFF, she does not have
a name yet...but, I'm open to suggestions. For now, I just
call her pretty. She was an Christmas present from Santa.
It's been so much fun playing with her. I bought her a super
cute camera strap from Etsy, she like's it. I can't wait to show
you what we have been up to.

    Don't you just LOVE that camera? I got the Canon 60D, there is so much to learn, isn't there? Congrats! I can't wait to see what you've been up too!

    I can't believe how much I love this camera....I have a couple camera's but, this one is my true love!! It's such a learning process.

    Ok Val....I am soooo jealous! Our camera broke and we weren't ready to buy the dream one yet so we had to get a point and click but your 'pretty' looks like she will be a very good friend to you! :-)

    I just got the Canon T1I at Costco and am still trying to learn how to use it. I hope my pictures improve, but so far I'm struggling!

    Hi Val~ sooo much fun to get a new camera! Lucky you! I am using my iphone for my pictures~which I love and it does a great job, but a new digital camera would be amazing! Can't wait to hear more about it!

    My blogging friends are so amazing!! I wish I could make you all dinner! Maybe someday??? = ) Vicki, the camera is a Canon - EOS Rebel T2i 18.0-Megapixel Digital SLR. Carrie, I'm still learning but getting better everyday! I think by the end of the year...hopefully I will know my way around "pretty". Thinking about taking some photo classes. I'm very happy with this camera.

    This is a fantastic camera Val! I wanted to take a photo class too but learned just getting out in different surroundings, (mountains, downtown, etc) and shooting, shooting is the best way to learn!

    I've also enjoyed reading about you & your site as well. Looks like your bff is similar to mine. I have a Canon EOS 5D MarkII. I love it, but there is certainly a lot of learning required to use them. Make sure that you learn Manual...NO flash! It makes all the difference in the world.
