Venice Beach









Oh, Venice Beach....what can I say about this place that has not
already been said? It's wild and full of life. If there is one beach
that is highly entertaining and offers so much to do, it's this
place.

    I love venice beach and santa monica! haha and the characters you will see there. Love the mountains and beach in one view! I love love love the canals too. Some friends and I rented beach cruisers for the day and explored! it was SO fun.

    GORGEOUS! I grew up in SOFL and this reminds me a little of South Beach Miami... but still i'm sure it's totally unique all on it's own.

    I'm so bummed that the USMC isnt letting us move to Cali -- they chose NC for us over San Diego. Womp Womp!

    I will never forget my first time to Venice Beach (I was probably about 9)! There truly is nothing quite like it and you do have to visit there to understand how unique it is. Thanks for taking me down memory lane! :-)

    I agree! You just took me on a little mini vacay! :) And if you saw the buckets of rain outside my window right now, you'd know how much more I wish I was in the sunshine!!

    Val, I love the photos so much! I think I need to visit California someday and Venice Beach is a must-see. Lots of lovely ice falling from the sky here today to lay on top of the massive snowfall that we got this weekend. 1-3 inches predicted for Saturday night ended up somewhere around 8 inches instead and that was on top of the foot or so that we got on Friday. :)

    Visited many moons ago...ah, you can't beat that gorgeous sunshine and sand and waves and fun people watching=) Can you please ship us a little sunshine? The pic of the sailboats is dreamy..

    I spent yesterday at Venice Beach, but the one here in Florida, not the one there. However, I do have many fond memories of your Venice, there is no better place to people watch.

    Love Venice beach.. I have very fond memories of my husband and I on our honeymoon there with our 7 month old daughter in tow.. it was beautiful and fun and a nice retreat from Vegas (where we started than drove our way across to Cali)
