Glazed Pork Tenderloin With Pineapple
A perfect light and not so heavy dinner....Very flavorful and juicy. Something
magical happens when you pair pork with pineapple. Nom. I hope you all are enjoying
your New Years! I have so many new recipe to share with you. I look forward to a
wonderful new year with you.
Glazed Pork Tenderloin With Pineapple
4 slices of fresh pineapple
3 tablespoons dark hoisin sauce
2 teaspoons grated peeled, fresh ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin, trimmed
salt and pepper
1) Heat broiler .
2) In a small bowl, combine the hoisin sauce, ginger, garlic and mustard.
3) Place pork in a baking dish and brush with hoisin mixture and salt & pepper.
4) Place pork in the broiler about 4 inches from the heat. Place the pineapple
on a baking sheet in the oven on rack under the pork. Broil the pork until done.
Serve with Ginger Sauce. Everyday Food.
2 tablespoons dark hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
2 teaspoons grated peeled ginger
1 teaspoon soy
toasted sesame seeds.
Mix everything in a small bowl and pour on top of pork!

You keep it in there until it lightly browns. I actually put the broiler on for 30 seconds at the very end it give it some extra color.
