I love packing in as many nutrients I can early in the morning. I like starting my
day on the right track. If I eat some not so good things for me during the day I
can feel good about my morning breakfast! Great way of thinking, right? Ha.
I have tried many green smoothies and this one is my favorite.
Perfect Green Smoothie
1 1/2 cups green grapes
1 banana
2 cups spinach
1 cup pineapple
1/2 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup water
1) Place all ingredients in blender and blend until desired consistency.
Sounds truly nutritious and delicious... Happy Sunday...
ReplyDeletemmmm sounds good :-) love green smoothies :-)
ReplyDeleteSO darn good! Banana is key- I've never tried pineapple! ENjoy the super bowl!!
ReplyDeleteGrapes - interesting! One of my kids has an oral food intolerance to most raw fruits and many veggies, but grapes are one thing he can eat. Never thought to put them into a smoothie (which is weird, because I put everything else in them.) Thanks for sharing….this one sounds delicious!
ReplyDeleteThis looks so yummy! I just bought a ton of veggies and fruits today so I can't wait to try this one out!

I've been craving green smoothies for the last two weeks! This one looks amazing. So very good!
ReplyDeleteYep going to try it. Sounds delicious! My middle guy makes a smoothie every morning for breakfast ~he adds protein powder to his as well ~ but he loves them too!
ReplyDeleteSo funny, I was just saying to someone that we have been trying to be good during January - juicing and making smoothies and drinking our morning grapefruit juice and I said, "Now who would want to hear about that?!!" Here you are making it look wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI don't blame you! Smoothies are so easy to make and definitely a great meal supplement. I haven't tried many green smoothies, but keep hearing more and more all about it, so I'm glad you found a green smoothie that you like....cause I will definitely try it out!

ReplyDeleteI love smoothies but I haven't been able to get on board with the "green" ones. I think it's mental. I'll have to try it.
ReplyDeletesounds great! i love green smoothies since they don't taste all that 'green' once you put fruit in them.
ReplyDeleteGreat combo in this one and I love the cute little glasses.
