Pineapple Caprese with Rosemary Skewers
How yummy do these appetizers look? They're almost to cute to eat! It's so fun
coming up with little twists to classic dishes. Not only do these taste amazing but the
smell of the rosemary is very aromatic. How about placing these on your Easter buffet?
Pineapple Caprese with Rosemary Skewers
Fresh Pineapple Chunks
marinated mozzarella pearls
rosemary
basil
1) All you do is put one mozzarella and pineapple on the end of the rosemary and
push through. Sprinkle with fresh basil and drizzle with some of the juice that was
in the mozzarella container.
How do y'all like my new blog design? I'm completely in love with every detail.
I wanted to give a big shout out to Cynthia at NW designs she was amazing and helped
me achieve everything that I was hoping for in my blog design....Not to mention she was
so patient with all the changes and tweaks we did. If you are looking to give your blog a
little lift. I highly recommend her. Thank you, C.
