I just kinda threw this pasta together and wow it was
good. I love when you whip up something and it turns
out perfectly.
Chicken Cordon Bleu Penne
2 chicken breasts, cubed and cooked
1 ham steak, diced
1 onion, diced and sauteed
1/2 cup mushrooms, sauteed
1 jar of alfredo sauce
1 1/2 cup swiss cheese
1 box penne cooked and drained
1 cup of bread crumbs
salt, pepper and other spices
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook and drain pasta.
Put the pasta back in pan and add the cooked chicken,
ham, onions and mushrooms. Add all the other ingredients
except the bread crumbs. Spray a 9 by 13 pan. Add the
ingredients and top with bread crumbs and bake for
until golden.

ReplyDeleteCherly, I used Bertolii...But, you can use whatever brand you like best.
ReplyDeleteTraci, Ham steak, is in the ham section and it's just a steak and you cut it up. If you can't find it just ask someone and they can lead you in the right direction. I always have some in the freezer.
