I really do love L.A...I love everything about it. The good, bad
and ugly!! There is no other city that makes me feel quite like
Los Angeles. It has everything you want and need. I thought I
would show you a few pics.
Does anyone know what movie the fire escape pic is from?
I love going to Hollywood and seeing all the cool buildings.

P.S. Gold star if you can find your blog mentioned in my post today.
I too love LA!! I think I am a California girl at heart. Unfortunately I am stuck in the cold rocky mountains! Boo!
ReplyDeleteI love LA too! It's one of my favourite places in the whole world. I'm so looking forward to spending part of our holiday there this summer. We visit California about four times a year (often tagging along when my husband goes on business) but it is usually the San Francisco area we visit. I love it there too, but I'm always extra excited when we get to visit LA!
ReplyDeleteUm, I want to move there.. I could so get used to those shopping strips!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shots, Val! It sure is a gorgeous place to live and visit. =) Thanks for sharing! XOXO~Liz
ReplyDeleteAbby~you rock and now I will be singing that song all day!! You are too kind telling me I look to young to have a teenager!! I have 2 of them in my house..YIKES. I was and am a young mom??? lol

ReplyDeleteThanks for the tour!
Me too!!! Most people I know work the majority of their lives in preparation to retire and then they leave L.A. Not me - I'm staying, forever. Heading to West LA for another visit to my fav Goodwill. Adios Val!!!
ReplyDeletePretty Woman is my favorite movie. What's the building with the red railing? I can't see the name very well.

ReplyDeleteI love this post. It makes me feel good. I was lucky enough to visit LA for the first time this summer and it just has a distinct feel about it. Hot, sexy, heavy, hip, fun, and juicy, I guess is the best way I felt about. I loved the place and can only hope I visit again, soon!!
ReplyDeleteI kid you not I have NOT been to LA. It's on my list - my short list!
ReplyDeleteOh Val, you're making my heart hurt! I fell madly in love after spending a weekend there with my BFF last summer. Have been ready to pack up & move ever since (working on it!) The LA bug has bitten & there is no cure!

ReplyDeleteI audibly sighed looking at the LA skyline. I ♥ LA!! There's so much I miss about it. I love the feeling I have everytime we fly in, the sunshine, the way people dress (even at the grocery store!) all of it. I even love the lonely, I'm-in-a-city-so-huge-it-swallows-me-up feeling! :) thanks for posting this.
ReplyDeleteI love photo posts like this. You've shared some great aspects of LA here. We're in San Diego and just talked about going up for a weekend to do all the touristy things we haven't done in forever. Yes, that is the Pretty Woman fire escape :)
