This is just a quick little post I wanted to share with you before Mother's Day.
A fast and easy fruit salad that would be great to give to mom or just for your family.
I'm a fan of fruit salads and this one is creamy and delicious. I hope you all are having
a good weekend and to all of the moms out there have a wonderful Mother's Day!

                                                          Banana Cream Fruit Salad

                                                          3 cups strawberries, sliced
2 cups fresh pineapple, diced small
                                                          1 jar maraschino cherries, drained
                                                          1 cup shredded coconut
                                                          1 container frozen whipped topping

  16. I remember a long time, my mom used to make fruit salad. My favorite way to eat it was to put it in the freezer and wait for it to freeze. Maybe I should turn the tables and make fruit salad for my mom, thanks for this!

  32. Oh wow, this looks delicious! I love a good fruit salad, so this is one I definitely need to try soon! Would whipped double cream work OK in place of the frozen whipped topping? I don't think I can get that where I am! :)
