Polka Dot Macaroons




5 ingredients is all it takes to make these cute little polka
dot macaroons. Kids will love them, I know the inner kid in
me totally did. Enjoy!

Polka Dot Macaroons
5 cups flaked coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups m&m's
melted chocolate chips, for the drizzle

1) In a large bowl, combine the coconut, milk, and flour.
Stir in m&m's.
2) Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto
baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350
degrees for 10 minutes or until edges are lightly brown.
3) Drizzle the melted chocolate on top.

  7. I love when all you need are a few ingredients!!! These are so easy and tasty. I'm so happy that some of you tried them. Remember you can make then for 4th of July and put red, white and blue m&m's in them.

  8. Val, I always drooled over your posts of amazing foods, treats and goodies, but can I just say, you got mad skills my sweets!! I died seeing this AMAZING photo, and I wanted to reach into the computer and pull out one of your macaroons. The chocolate drizzle, moist coconut, I swear I can see the juices, and the splash of M&M color, simply inspiring!!!! Willy Wonka would be jealous! Pure Imagination! I can't wait to make for the kiddies, keep your awesome ideas coming!!!
