Pasta Frittata

My pasta addiction runs very deep.....I was truly craving eggs this morning
and had some left over pasta and this recipe was created just like that. This is very
good. I'm a huge lover of trying things out of the norm and this was so great and the
texture was awesome. If you are a pasta addict like myself and never know what
to do with your left-overs...this is for you!!!

                                                                     Pasta Frittata

     8 eggs
1 1/2 to 2 cups left over pasta. " I used leftover bolognese sauce and shells"
     1/2 cup monterey jack cheese
2 tablespoons milk or half and half
     garlic powder
     salt and pepper
     2 tablespoons butter
     1 cup marinara for serving
parmesan cheese at the end and parsley

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Meanwhile in a warm skillet melt butter. Beat eggs,
cheese, milk, spices and stir in the pasta. Place in the warm skillet and cook about 5
minutes and than transfer to preheated oven and cook for about 20 to 30 min until
      done. Serve with sauce.
