California Club Grilled Cheese

I figured that I would make a grilled cheese sandwich today....because, today is
the last day of National Grilled Cheese month. I couldn't let the month go by without
making you this very Fabulous grilled cheese....filled with all things that make
me very happy....cheese, avocado, bacon...how can you go wrong??

                                                          California Club Grilled Cheese

                Bread
                tomatoes
                onion
                arugula
                bacon
                turkey deli meat
                pepper jack cheese
                colby jack cheese
                avocado

          1) All you need to do is assemble and place some butter in a frying pan and
cook until done and golden. Enjoy.

  6. Oh, yum! I love the addition of arugula. I just added some to the top of my pizza. I actually planted some this year and had my first nibble of it today when I was in the garden. Your bread looks incredible too.

  14. Val! Happy belated birthday!!! I hope you had a great day!

I love the looks of the cheesecake-I'm making them for a baby shower-I'll let you know how it goes. The pasta looks fantastic and I love that it's semi homemade and this sandwich looks delicious. Today, I had a treat. I usually eat salad for lunch but my daughter made chicken salad so I broiled the bread with the chicken on it, cheese, and then added tomato and avocado. It was on sourdough. Delicious. It reminded me of the sandwich you featured here.

    Love it all,

    Shauna
