Teriyaki Noodle Bowls

Don't you just love making dinner and everyone enjoys it? I do. This is one of those
dinners that everyone will love. You can add any of your favorite vegetables. It all
starts with the teriyaki noodles and from there the sky is the limit and it's so fun to
assemble. My 7 year old could not get enough of it and that's always a good thing.

                                                              Teriyaki Noodle Bowls

                                                 1 box spaghetti
2 or 3 ripe avocados ( The more the better )
3 or 4 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size
pieces. I added teriyaki sauce when I cooked the chicken.
                                                 1 English cucumber
                                                 a bunch of green onions
                                                 4 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
                                                 1/2 cup chopped peanuts

                                                 For the sauce
                                                 3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
                                                 1/4 cup soy sauce
                                                 4 garlic cloves, minced
                                                 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar
                                                 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
                                                 3 tablespoons pure sesame oil
                                                 2 tablespoons canola oil

                    1) Cook pasta until al dente and drain. Put back in pot.

                    2) Mix all sauce ingredients and place on warm pasta.

                    3) To serve - place noodles in individual bowls and top with your toppings.
Add green onions, peanuts and sesame seeds  for garnish.
